Cancelation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled at FunQuest. All tickets remain the property of FunQuest and cannot be transferred or resold. They are valid only for the date shown, location booked and are void if tampered with.

If you notice any error in the Order Confirmation, please give us a call or visit our branch within 2 hours of the booking confirmation.

1. Ticket Cancellations

  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased unless required by Saudi consumer protection laws.
  • Tickets may be transferred to a later date if at least 20 minutes’ notice has been given before the start of the session.
  • FunQuest shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event of a cancellation by us (e.g., closure due to maintenance, safety, or unforeseen circumstances), customers will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • A voucher/credit to use on another date.
  • We strictly follow no cancellation of order if items had been served.

2. Event & Group & School Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: 75% refund.
  • Cancellations 3–6 days in advance: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking: no refund.
  • Final numbers and payment for parties or group bookings must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Numbers may increase after confirmation but cannot decrease below the minimum confirmed number.

3. Birthday Bookings

  • Final numbers and final payment must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your birthday party/group date. Numbers can increase but they can’t reduce beyond the booking confirmation.
  • Full payment for the minimum number of persons is required to secure your booking. Due to high volumes of enquiries, we are unable to reserve parties without this payment.
  • Birthday bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to a later date if at least 7 days’ notice has been given before the start of the party.

4. Rescheduling

  • General admission bookings may be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Birthday parties, group, and school bookings may be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

5. No-Shows

  • Guests who fail to attend their booking without notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

6. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • Any applicable VAT or transaction fees may not be refundable.
