These terms and conditions tell you information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we, FunQuest, supply services to you and the participants in your booking.

We operate the website www.kidsfunquest.com. We are Fun Grow Capital (FunQuest), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under CR 1009007527, VAT 312132416300003, with registered address 3975 Abdullah bin Al-As Street, Al Arid District, North Riyadh, 13338.

Please note that all bookings, whether made either through our website, over the telephone, or at any site, are made directly with the FunQuest entity who operates the website and the Site that you have booked at. The resulting legal contract is between you and the relevant FunQuest entity who operates the Site you have booked at and is subject to these terms and conditions.

By accessing or using our facilities, services, or website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of KSA.
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile.
• Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
• If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

1. General Rules

• Entry to the centre requires a valid ticket or booking confirmation.
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
• Guests must follow all posted rules and instructions from staff for safety.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless specifically approved.
• The indoor playground is a shoe-free environment. Socks are required to be worn at all times.
• Parents/Guardians must inform the centre of any children attending with food allergies at the point of booking or up to 7 days in advance. (We are not a nut-free environment).
• FunQuest is not responsible for any injuries, theft, loss or damage incurred while on our premises.
• All activities are conducted at your own risk. FunQuest is not liable for any accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of any kind.
• Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of their parents & guardians.
• We have a strict No-Bullying policy. Children who display aggressive behaviour towards others will be asked to leave without refund.
• To keep the play area safe, caregivers must prevent children from removing balls from the ball pit.
• All terms, conditions & prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Bookings & Payment

Please ensure that you and the participants in your booking have read these terms and conditions carefully. You should also check that the details of your booking are complete and accurate before you submit your booking.

If you think that you have made a mistake after you have submitted your booking, please contact info@kidsfunquest.com to discuss.

• All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT (where applicable).
• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation, unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices or promotional offers at any time.
• Once an order is made, we will confirm receipt by sending you an Order Confirmation Email with an attached e-receipt summarising the details of your order.
• We accept credit/debit cards and other methods supported by Amazon Payment Services.
• We do not store any card details on our servers (see our Privacy Policy for more).
• Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any non-refundable fees (e.g., VAT or bank charges).

No booking shall be deemed accepted unless confirmed in writing by FunQuest (via email confirmation).

These terms and conditions also incorporate the Site Rules and Privacy Policy. FunQuest reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions and to make changes to the activities from time to time in order to comply with changes in laws or regulatory requirements.

3. Safety & Guest Conduct

Participation in the activities is not without risk, as serious misuse could be fatal. You acknowledge that the activities can be dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards. As a consequence, personal injury, and sometimes fatality, can occur.

You and all participants in your booking voluntarily assume and accept all such risks and waive the right to sue FunQuest for any personal injury or fatality by agreeing to the Site Rules.

• Any child under the age of 12 must be accompanied on the premises with an adult, carer, or guardian at all times.
• We strongly advise all participants to wear FunQuest approved grip socks to increase grip and for hygiene reasons.
• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who poses a safety risk, is disruptive, or fails to comply with centre rules.
• For safety reasons, certain attractions may have age, height, or health restrictions.
• Participation in activities is at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings, except where required by Saudi law.
• Valuables should be kept safely with you.
• If the participant is a minor (under 18), the confirmation of terms and conditions is made on their behalf, and all releases, waivers, and promises herein are binding on that minor participant.

FunQuest reserves the right to refuse admittance or remove a participant if necessary. This includes:

• Failure to comply with Site Rules or staff instructions
• Unsafe behaviour
• Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs

All participants are required to act responsibly, courteously, and respectfully towards others and staff. FunQuest may prevent participation if behaviour is deemed unsuitable. The Manager on duty’s decision is final.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, designs, and media, is the property of Fun Grow Capital (FunQuest) and may not be used without permission.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh.
